If there is no ground wire, make sure that there is no leakage in the oven; if there is slight leakage, try to pull out the socket and insert the pin in the opposite direction. If there is no leakage, you can use it carefully. If there is still leakage, it should be stopped immediately. The size of drying plate is 460mm * 640mm * 45mm (width, depth and height). It can be interchanged with vacuum drying oven and ordinary oven. The difference between vacuum oven and ordinary oven is that it works under negative pressure, with less oxygen content, which can reduce or eliminate oxidation reaction. Under negative pressure, the boiling point of solvent is reduced to avoid high temperature drying damaging the quality of materials. If the solvent is harmful or valuable gas, it can be condensed and recovered. Disadvantages: it is difficult to control the temperature uniformity and property. If it is necessary to control the uniformity, multilayer laminates must be made and heated independently. There are also vacuum box with fan, first vacuum and then filled with nitrogen heating. This reduces oxidation and ensures uniformity by blowing. But there is no way to lower the boiling point of the solvent. General oven: the material is dried by electric heating plus air blowing and heat exchange with hot air. Generally, compared with vacuum drying, the cost is lower and the operation cost is lower. Points for attention in selecting vacuum pump of vacuum oven: 1. Select appropriate vacuum pump according to the size of space (internal dimension of 1000 liter vacuum box); 2. Pumping speed. It is recommended to reach the required vacuum degree within 2-3 minutes (pay attention to the limit vacuum of vacuum pump) 3. When choosing the vacuum pump, you should pay attention to the temperature in the box and the characteristics of the materials to be dried (whether they are inflammable, explosive or corrosive, etc.) 4. It can work stably under the set vacuum condition. It is suitable for vacuum drying of medicine, chemical industry, electronics, apparatus, materials and parts.
