However, due to the defects of the original electrical control performance, frequent high-speed impact of the equipment is caused, which not only reduces the service life of the equipment, but also causes the equipment to be damaged in a short period of time. After the full-automatic program-controlled filter press is controlled by Emerson filter press EV1000 series special frequency converter and EC10 series special PLC, the shortcomings of the original electrical control part are fundamentally solved, the service life of the equipment is improved, the failure rate is greatly reduced and the performance of the whole equipment is improved.
